WEISHAUPT DESIGN GROUP is a portfolio of businesses dedicated to design, headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Born from a desire to connect, curate, and cultivate meaningful relationships between makers and design lovers. This includes retail operations, manufacturing and distribution and art concept, all servicing the luxury residential and contract markets. 


We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to support Weishaupt Design Group. This role will administer a mix of direct content creation, web development, social media, and promotional activities. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for 2-3 direct reports and report to the Director of Client Experience at Weishaupt Design Group. 



  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints 
  • Planning and execution of communications that inspires loyalty, and promotes sustainability goals of the business 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our clients and competition and develop insights and strategies to drive the business 
  • Work collaboratively with Client Experience, Sales Directors, Client Success, and the internal creative team, as well as externally with vendors, partners, and clients 
  • Collaborate to develop and manage to an annual Marketing Plan and Budget 
  • Lead marketing team including performance management, coaching, day-to-day support  
  • Oversee Social Media strategy as well as tone, messaging, and visual consistency across platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Pinterest, Little Red Book and WeChat 
  • Guide website feature development; website content and merchandising 
  • Manage digital promotions including email, social advertising 
  • Analyze and interpret data to create metrics for measuring impact and create reporting systems for the brand and for partnerships  
  • Collaborate with partners in the development of creative content including copywriting, photography, blog posts, product and business pitches, brand positioning blog posts
  • Strong understanding of digital including development, content, and merchandising; conversant in UX/UI
  • Any other duties as assigned, in line with experience and ability

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma and a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Portfolio of writing samples
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry and relationships with media
  • French, German, Mandarin, or another second language an asset
