We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator. Supporting the Warehouse Team in person, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated, confident self-starter, able to multi-task in a very fast paced, team-oriented environment.  

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Organize and File Orders, deliveries, and inventory paperwork.
  • Schedule Deliveries by emailing or calling customers
  • Action Emailed requests form Client Success, sales as needed regarding deliveries.
  • Ensures that all paperwork is received and filed by the end of each day, as well as being scanned into the designated folder in SAP Business One
  • Validate every single item of the receiving document to ensure required receiving paperwork matches the inbound packing slip.
  • Once receiving documentation is compiled, provide the appropriate package to the warehouse staff, for them to physically verify the product.
  • Ensures effective communication from the warehouse to the office daily from the admins.


Must have Required Specifications:

  • 3-5 years of Office Administration experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to work as a team or individually.
  • Exceptional computer knowledge with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
